Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days after your order has been placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, dispatch times may vary slightly.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, Tand Cartel is not responsible for any delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by the courier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. Tand Cartel is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur a reshipping fee.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and liaise with the courier if required.
